Change account status

  1. Go to Configuration > Administration > Accounts.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Select one or more entries on the Accounts grid and click Bulk Actions.
    • Click an account entry to open the record and click Actions.
  3. Select Change Status. Update Account Status pop-up opens.
  4. Select New Status: ……

    • Closed

    • Deactivated

    • Flagged

    • Open

  5. Select a New Status Date.

  6. If applicable, select to overwrite the status date.

  7. Click Apply. The status is changed.
